Sunset Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Bath
Thursdays (once per month) |18:30 - 20:00
Once a month, we will offer a 90-minute immersive wellness experience. We will begin with a yoga class, followed by a dynamic breathwork journey, and a relaxing sound bath where participants will lay down and be immersed in meditative sounds and vibrations by singing bowls, wind instruments, gongs, hardpans, and other instruments.
